Obligatory post because I finished half of 1996's Black Jack OVAs in one setting yesterday, and after musing (fangirlishly) over his gorgeous eyelashes, I tried out 2004's version of the series and got a giant MOESHOCK in return. OAO (the fact that my sister was playing Trauma Centre 2 beside me made the whole feeling extremely to-live-for)
